Career Navigation
Our career navigation services provide comprehensive employment and education support. Through services such as professional soft skills training and job application support, we equip men and women coming out of homelessness and addiction to successfully enter and re-enter the workforce.
We encourage clients to use self-assessments, such as Myers–Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Strengths Finder 2.0 and learning style assessments, to understand and incorporate their strengths in a professional setting. In our employability classes, clients learn soft skills such as teamwork and interpersonal communication necessary for establishing and maintaining job security.
Vocational Training Program
Our Vocational Training Program is a partnership opportunity with local business owners and professionals meant to help graduates of our New Life Recovery Program transition into or back into the workforce. Local employers come alongside our graduates for thirty, sixty or ninety days to provide them with job training and experience. Through this program, men and women coming out of homelessness and addiction are equipped to secure long-term employment and stability.
