Tacoma Rescue Mission will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any form of client or donor information without the consent of the client or donor (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to impending harm to the customer or others). This includes information originating from subscription of newsletters and use of the Tacoma Rescue Mission services.
Collection / Use of Information
Tacoma Rescue Mission shall collect and use customer identifiable information for record keeping, provision of services, to solve problems associated with services, and to inform clients and donors of new programs or services that will better meet their needs. Tacoma Rescue Mission will use customer identifiable information to promote programs and services to the client or donor, but will not disclose or make available any client or donor identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products. If a client or donor chooses not to participate in direct marketing of new programs and services from Tacoma Rescue Mission, that client’s or donor’s information will not be used for the purpose of marketing new programs or services.

Tacoma Rescue Mission has a variety of technologies and security features to ensure the privacy of client and donor information on its network. Online donations are always directed to a secure site using industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data. Your transaction is always kept in strict confidence. In addition, Tacoma Rescue Mission has implemented strict operations guidelines to ensure client and donor privacy is safeguarded at all levels of its organization. Tacoma Rescue Mission will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies becomes available.
Account Information
Tacoma Rescue Mission will do its best to honor requests from donors for account information, for example, name, address, company, or donation information. The donor is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with Tacoma Rescue Mission is current and accurate.
Children’s Privacy Policy
Tacoma Rescue Mission does not sell products or services for purchase by children. Tacoma Rescue Mission does not knowingly solicit or collect client and donor identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. In addition, Tacoma Rescue Mission will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects client and donor identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Tacoma Rescue Mission, please contact us so that the information can be removed.
Tacoma Rescue Mission Spam Policy
