Meal Services

Our Downtown Campus location, 425 S. Tacoma Way is open to the public daily for Breakfast and Dinner:

Breakfast: 7:30 am – 8:30 am

Dinner: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Clothing Room

Thanks to community members and partners, we offer clothing and other living essentials for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

If you are in need of these items our Clothing Room is open on Wednesdays from, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, at 425 South Tacoma Way Tacoma, WA 98402.

Men’s Overnight Shelter

Located at 425 South Tacoma Way, our Men’s shelter is open to single men experiencing homelessness. Please call 253-383-4493 ext. 1106 or email info@trm.org for more information.

Shelter opens at 3:30 pm each day to sign-up for a bed. Roll call for guests will be at 6:30 pm.

Women’s Overnight Shelter

Located at 425 South Tacoma Way, our women’s shelter is open to unaccompanied women experiencing homelessness. Please call 253-383-4493 ext. 1183 or email info@trm.org for more information.

Shelter opens at 6:30 pm each day for women to sign-up for a bed. If the women’s shelter isn’t open yet, guests can go to our men’s shelter and sign-up there (see info above). Roll call for guests will be at 8:00 pm.

Family Shelter & Youth Support Services

Our Adams Street Family Shelter is NOT open to the public. To inquire about shelter services and availability please call 253-383-4493 ext.1500 or email info@trm.org.

Housing

Jefferson

Our Jefferson Square Apartments provide permanent housing solutions for previously homeless single individuals with physical or mental disabilities.

Tyler

Our Tyler Square Campus is home to our Tyler Family Housing Program that offers 15 subsidized, clean and sober, permanent housing apartment homes for families exiting out of homelessness.

Street Outreach

Search & Rescue (Night Outreach Teams)

That is why Mission volunteers hit the streets Monday – Friday in the Search & Rescue Van, distributing these much-needed items and facilitating healing relationships. Our Search & Rescue staff also offer the men and women they meet a ride to safe shelter and a chance to get off the streets for good.

Our trauma-informed staff builds trusting relationships with individuals and families still struggling on the streets. Empowering and helping them to overcome barriers, pursue their goals, rebuild their lives and escape homelessness for good.

Tacoma Pro Bono visits our downtown campus campuses on the last Tuesday of every other month. Each campus visit is from 2-4pm.

Walk-ins Available: Last Tuesday of every other month from 2PM – 4PM
